关于10G RAC模式下，日志不能归档，心跳消息发送失败的求助

操作系统AIX6.1，双机共享裸设备RAC模式，现在日志不能归档，日志报用户名密码错误，是不是两台服务器的不一致，昨天晚上一台机器的文件丢失了，从另一台拷贝过来，启动后就变成这样了，详细的两台机器的alert日志如下

在网上搜了一下，说是两边密码不一致，需要更改密码。不晓得各位大拿有什么好的解决方案
与解决步骤吗，请赐教

是dataguard环境吗？primary和standby密码不一致会造成归档不成功
输出show parameter dest看看归档去哪里了？

在一台节点$ORACLE_HOME/dbs 目录下执行orapwd file=orapwtssa1 password=sys123 entries=20
重新生成sys密码，重启两个节点，此问题解决
