Responsibilities:
• lan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
•Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery.
•roduce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
•Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
•Manage the design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules.
•Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
•articipate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and hardware and software developers.
Requirements:
•At least five years of user interface design experience.

Responsibilities:
1.Manage website and RIA applications project development.
2.Gather and understand client requirements.
3.Develop project plan
4.Lead the project by coordinating with Account team and Creative team, and managing different internal resources, mainly technical and design and tester, to deliver the project
5.Foresee project or resource risks and provide solutions.
6.Monitor project progress proactively.
7.Well estimate the resource in the project plan.
8.Handle project change on the course of the project
9.Ensure the project deliver timely and in good quality
10Carry out project review after closure
Requirements:
11.Bachelor degree holder, preferably in computer science or related discipline.
12.At least 5 years of software project management, web application oriented experience is preferred.
13.Able to grasp client’s requirements quick.
14.In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience of project management in general, develop project plan, communication plan and so on.
15.Understand SDLC and software engineering methodologies, e.g. agile, waterfall and alike.
16.Understand Website and RIA development.
17.Presentable and a good communicator
18.A discipline, careful, detail and reliable person
19.Knowledge on PHP, .Net, Flash is a plus
20.PMP qualification is a plus
21.Good command in English.

Requirements
Degree holder in Multimedia Design, Art Design or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of working experience;
1-3 years of working experience as a designer/interactive designer in the digital agency / web related company;
Excellent art sense as well as interactive design sense to deliver excellent design work;
Fluent speaking and written English and fluent in Mandarin;
Proficient in 2 or more of the following design tools: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, Expression;
Able to follow the art direction from creative team to compose layout with good design quality;
Strong problem solving, interpersonal & communication skills and team player; and
Able to work independently and under pressure.

3. 熟悉C# 或 PHP语言
4. 熟悉HTML, CSS, Javascript, 尤其是对跨浏览器网站开发有经验
5. 熟悉关系型数据库管理，如MS SQL SERVER、MYSQL等
6. 熟悉Flash ActionScript 2.0/3.0 或 Flex 编程
7. 有3年以上的Web-Based项目开发经验
8．对敏捷开发有认识
9. 对自动测试工具有认识
10. 工作认真, 负责, 主动性强，有独立思考，同时具备极强的团队和合作精神
11. 具备良好的表达和沟通的能力
12. 对工作有热情，能够在一定压力下工作
13. 具备一定英语能力（能读写英文文档）
14. 对MOSS 2007或是其他的CMS 有认识的话有优势
