试试在这个参数后面，加对方邮箱的域名。

mydestination = $myhostname, localhost.$mydomain, localhost, $mydomain,qq.com, foxmail.com, sina.com, 163.com, msn.com, hotmail.com

relay_domains = $mydestination
或
relay_domains =

postfix reload

再用Foxmail等软件，试试看......
