Job description:
The position of a SAP Account Maanger encompasses all aspects of business development in the Westernacher practice. The responsible area can be extended if new requirements arises. The Account Manager will support the General Manager in the following main areas of business development:
• To promote the business of SAP products from both functional and technical perspective.
• Identify and contact prospective clients.
• Generate sales opportunities, and service existing accounts to achieve growth.
• Establish and maintain customer relations with multinational companies and local enterprises.
• Extending of business to emerging vertical markets
• Creation of customer presentation documents
• Provide complete and thorough information about company's products & services
• Prepare cold calls, monthly and sales forecast report ‘on-time’ with the designated territory
• Maintain customer database in CRM system
• Accurately record the results for each contact
• Monitor competitors’ activity within the territory
• Requirements Analysis
• Creation of proposal and contract negotiation
• Other tasks according to supervisor’s assignment.
Requirements:
• College or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required
• At least 3 years experience in SAP sales area to multi-national companies
• Sales experience in large scale and high value proposition sales experience
• Solid understanding of the software industry, good and keen knowledge about the SAP market
• Ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers
• Good project management experience
• Excellent PC skills, especially on excel, word, PPT
• Excellent communication skills to deal with various levels of customers, especially with the foreign & senior China management
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work self-dependent and in a team
• Good attitude of learning new things
• Able to drive for result
• Good time management skill
• Self-driven, willing to work under pressure and taking challenge
• Fluent English, good business writing skills
• Fluent Mandarin 。
