关于Cpu Ecache SRAM Data Parity error

一台sun服务器,前期运行正常,最近频繁出现反常，经常出现Cpu Ecache SRAM Data Parity error，如果没有运行程序则正常，一旦运行程序就出错。错误提示如下:
