QA Automation Engineer
The primary focus for this position will be on development of automation scripts to support the QA effort for weekly release. The individual will work independently, as well as work jointly with other team members to come up with innovative solutions in automating testing of web base application. The individual should have strong working knowledge of web development and e Commence background. The individual should have very good knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, Unix command as well and the duties will include developing automation testing scripts, accurately and timely test status reporting, and working with QA team to ensure QA processes are followed to ensure the success of weekly release
at least 3Yrs in automation test, know about test framework..etc, alternatively, 1 yr qtp + Selenium
Job Requirements
• 4 - 6 years of development or scripting experiences is required
• Knowledge of QTP is must
• Knowledge of Java and Basic SQL is required
• excellent debugging/root cause analysis skills in a java environment
• Knowledge of Selenium and basic Unix/linux commands will have an advantage
• Fluent English communication skills and pro-activeness with project teams and developers required
Job Responsibility
• Develop / maintain automation test suites
• Document automation procedures and maintain it release over release
• Troubleshoot problems with application server, database, operating system setup
• Develop innovative approaches to accommodate tight schedules and resource constraints using Automated techniques.
