Job description:
Acts as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical support.
Responsibilities is to provide advanced technical support to developers, testers, PMs and end users for complex products, including highly escalated issues, provide support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media.
location: Wangjing( beijing)
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in various Microsoft technologies:
Windows Server (WS 2008 preferred)
SQL Server
Active Directory
Windows NLB cluster management + Windows Cluster Management
Networking
Solid understanding of standard computer science concepts required.
Exceptional customer service, communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills are required.
Must have the Associate's degree in a technical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
Experience in following technologies will be a big plus:
Product Studio,
command-line-scripting,
powershell
C#
SAN technologies.
Personal:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level.
Strong team player attributes and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Customer awareness.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Flexible and motivated
