Group Project Manager
Responsibility
1. To take bottom line responsibility of a logical group of projects that forms a well defined portfolio;
2. Work towards defining delivery strategy and goals for all the projects;
3. Monitor, review and provide risk management for all projects in the portfolio;
4. Create proposals for all new opportunities with the portfolio;
5. Supervise and manage all ODC operations with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to customer within the guidelines, policies and norms of XX Technologies
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum experience: 12 years of experience with at least 4 years of Project Management experience.
Knowledge: Be excellent at People Management, Personality traits, Project Management, Software Engineering and Technology
Skill Set: Strong Technical skills, Client Interfacing skills, coaching and Mentoring skills, People Management skills, Ability to handle ambiguity, Ability to synthesize data and trends from multiple sources.
- 管理50~100人的团队，
- 至少12年以上经验，4年以上项目管理经验
- 需有40人以上团队管理经验，IT技术背景
