Job Responsibilities:
Develop "trusted partner" relationships for Infosys with leading hospitality players
Engage with CXO's to recommend value based process and IT strategies that are aligned with key business drivers and help converge their needs to Infosys capabilities
Showcase thought leadership in articulating fact based industry challenges, develop insights and recommendations on game changing transformational strategies; be a visionary for the hospitality industry in areas of expertise and showcase thought leadership through workshops, presentations in leading industry forums, blogs and thought papers
Develop & execute future vision and growth strategies, lead industry solution development and share P&L responsibilities for Infosys' hospitality practice
Deep expertise in at least two areas of hospitality industry demonstrated through consulting engagements with leading hospitality players
Develop & execute future vision and growth strategies, lead industry solution development and share P&L responsibilities for Infosys' hospitality practice
Technical skills required:
Should have extensive experience in managing hospitality operations in executive leadership roles
Should be regarded as key opinion leader in industry circles; have deep expertise in atleast two areas of hospitality industry demonstrated through consulting engagments with leading hospitality players; be familiar with the Hospitality value chain
Participated and led large strategy to implementation projects in the hospitality space for large hospitality chains with an emphasis realized benefits to the clients
Develop & execute future vision and growth strategies, lead industry solution development and share P&L responsibilities for Infosys' hospitality practice
Experience: At least 15 years working experience
Education: Hotel Management, MBA preferred.
