V6R1数据导入V5R3问题，紧急求助

近期需要灾难演习，把新400的数据导入到旧400后使用，但一直不成功，比较郁闷，任务重大，是否需要把旧400系统升级到V6R1，还是有其他解决方法，求助各位高手解决。

新机器：i720，操作系统V6R1.
旧机器：i520，操作系统V5R3.
操作过程：
1.在V6R1中作备份，备份命令SAVLIB LIB(CL5*) DEV(TAP01) ENDOPT(*UNLOAD) TGTRLS(V5R3M0) ACCPTH(*YES) OUTPUT(*PRINT)。在客户端直接备份和在控制台end子系统后备份都尝试过。
2.在V5R3中恢复数据，下面命令都用过（都是部分obj成功、部分obj不成功。PGM类型不成功的特别多，有2000多个）：

一般情况是由低版本向高版本迁移(恢复)数据,比如:V5R3 -> V6R1,你这边的需求刚好相反,是从V6R1->V5R3.
从joblog错误提示来看,转换出现问题.建议:

1. WRKSYSVAL QFRCCVNRST,检查系统值设定是否修改为7 ? 如果不是请调整下,然后再执行 ===> RSTOBJ OBJ(TOCL) SAVLIB(CL5EXC) DEV(TAP01) SEQNBR(000000000 FRCOBJCVN(*SYSVAL) OUTPUT(*PRINT) 试试.

2.如果不行,把i5/OS V5R3M0安装上最新补丁,然后再测试转换.

对于PGM，如果是在V5R3以后版本（V5R4 V6R1）创建的，并且create时没有指明降版本到V5R3，那么大部分是无法restore到V5R3上的。
具体可参见crtrpgpgm的targer release参数。
解决的话只能先在V6R1上降版本编译 （targer release 选为V5R3），然后再save/restore到V5R3上，当然，直接用源码在V5R3上编译也是可以的。
