职责：
1、配置数据中心服务器，网络，和安全设备，优化网络方案
2、配合软件开发工程师设计和开发用来部署，监控应用程序的工具
3、配置，部署，以及维护应用程序，保证其稳定性
4、日志的收集，维护，和分析
5、操作系统的配置安装，以及内核的定制。

要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历（硕士优先）
2、3年以上网络管理经验，对交换机，路由器，防火墙，VNP, RAID等技术有透彻的理解和丰富的经验。
3、有管理1000台以上Unix/Linux服务器的经验
4、良好的书目和口头交流能力，愿意并并能快速学习新技术
5、有积极主动的工作态度，良好的沟通能力及团队工作能力，良好的组织协调能力。

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced System Administrator to support Beijing office infrastructure as well as the local business.

Key Responsibilities

- Provides technical support for company associates
- Provides hands and feet support for other company IT groups
- Coordinates and troubleshoots IT services including systems, network, telephony, video conferencing
- Serves as an IT business partner for internal departments on administrative or technical matters, as well as assigned projects
- Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the systems infrastructure
- Involves in hardware procurement, system planning, upgrading,monitoring, testing, troubleshooting and servicing uses skills as an experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways
- Demonstrates considerable judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Contributes and potentially lead Beijing office relocations and expansions
- Handles shift work and unusual hours if required

Job Requirements
- BSc/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2~8 years experience in UNIX/Linux administration of systems in a Corporate / Academic environment
- Outstanding customer service, communication and documentation skills, as well as ability to interact and communicate with team members globally
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and skilfully
- Solid understanding of networking and strong Linux troubleshooting skills required
- Preferred experience with technical facilities environments (i.e. cooling, power infrastructure) as well as with facilities projects
- Preferred experience with ITIL
- Fluency in Mandarin and English a MUST; additional language skills will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work as part of a young and dynamic team whilst demonstrating flexibility, autonomy and a desire to make things happen
