    看你这样是32位的， 要找对应的版本。

一般安装非devel包的时候,可以简写,否则要写全才行

rpm -ql gstreamer-plugins-base-devel看下你的那个支持库安装到什么地方了,不行的话,就设置PKG_CONFIG_PATH变量,把你的那个devel包安装的路径赋值那个PKG_CONFIG_PATH变量里面
