execute command in perl?

可是改用PERL OPEN()，返回值不正常，大家帮忙看看，好吗？我是PERL新手

if it's an internal command, you need to type "cmd.exe /c <cmd> <args>"

Your two examples are totally different meanings. In the Perl sentence, there is one extra less than sign("<").
