mysql :select into outfile 很慢 zz

Hey everyone,

I’m running into trouble using SELECT ... INTO OUTFILE

Here’s the query I’m running:
SELECT * INTO OUTFILE ‘c:\\temp\\test.txt’
FROM `db`.`table`
WHERE dateTime = ‘2009-12-09 16:45:35’;

I get the following error:
The query includes syntax that is not supported by the Infobright Optimizer. Either restructure the query with supported syntax, or enable the MySQL Query Path in the brighthouse.ini file to execute the query with reduced performance.

I understand that a resolution is explained in the error, but I would rather not break out of the infobright optimizer.. How do I need to restructure my query so it uses supported syntax?

Hooray, that did the trick! For posterity, I just had to run this query:

set @bh_dataformat = 'txt_variable'; 

After that, the previously mentioned queries worked.
