OPatch failed with error code 74 的解决方法

问题描述:
客户的数据库是hp安腾平台，数据库是10G，要求升级数据库到10.2.0.4.8

操作步骤如下：
1.升级到10.2.0.4后，进行了crs的bundle 升级，patch是 9294403
2.然后打了patch 9352164 将数据库升级到10.2.0.4.4
3.开始打patch 11724977 将数据库升级到10.2.0.4.8 报下面的错误

OPatch failed with error code 74

解决方法：
使用操作系统命令fuser /oracle/product/10.2.0/db/lib32/libnnz10.so 检查这个库文件是被那个进程使用中

结果发现是被emagent使用，也就是这个实例配置了OEM，真是伤不起啊。。。

kill掉这个进程，patch顺利安装成功
