请教双系统的grub修改问题

我装了xp和redhat10（用的是redhat自带的引导程序，一切都运行正
常，我的磁盘分区情况是：c：（xp,fat32），
d、e、f、g、h、i（fat32），今天我有平partitionMaigic将d、e合并为一个区，重启机器，糟了，原先的引导程序界面不见了，直接进入grub。能用grub找

到原来装的两个系统吗？怎么操作？谢谢

root （hd0, 按tab显示
partition num: 0, FileSystem type is fat, partition type 0xb
partition num: 4, FileSystem type is fat, partition type 0xb
partition num: 5, FileSystem type is fat, partition type 0xb
partition num: 6, FileSystem type is fat, partition type 0xb
partition num: 7, FileSystem type is fat, partition type 0xb
partition num: 8, FileSystem type is fat, partition type 0xb
partition num: 9, FileSystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83

然后用
root （hd0，0）
显示：FileSystem type is fat, partition type 0xb

我怎么进系统呀？
kernel /boot/[内核文件]  root=/dev/hda9 ro
             ·····             。。。。
             我不知道内核文件是什么呀？   这个对吗
