JavaEE/J2EE Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.Join JavaEE enterprise application development and maintenance in customer projects as an experienced software engineer.
2.Directly communicate with colleagues and customers from foreign countries.
3.Join internal training to improve competence level.


Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above, in software industry related major.
2.Have 4 to 7 years’ experience in JavaEE enterprise application development.
3.Skilled in JSP, JSF, Servlet, Javascript, CSS and SQL.
4.Skilled in at least one of the following databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2 and Microsoft SQLServer.
5.Skilled with Struts, Spring, Hibernate, AJAX, EJB and Webserivces.
6.Experienced with object oriented analysis and design with UML tools. Familiar with design patterns.
7.Experienced with JUnit or other unit testing tools and framework.
8.Familiar with Agile, XP management process. Practical experience in SCRUM is preferred.
9.Good spoken English. Competent in discussing project issues with foreign colleagues and customers. Experience in working or staying abroad is preferred.
10.Willing to business trip for 3 months.
11.Motivated, responsible, reliable and cooperative. Good learning ability, willing to help the others, sociable.
