我升级我得内核从2.4.22 到 2.6，根据README和其他的文档，我编译得到了bzImage和System.map，lilo.conf中有一条是initrd=/boot/initrd.img
但是在/boot目录的initrd.img是旧的

，新的应该在哪里？

一个内核升级问题－－initrd

In the directory where you extract the kernel source:

# make menuconfig
# make bzImage && make modules modules_install && make install

the initrd file of new version should appear in the /boot dir and you got a modified grub.conf as well to boot new kernel.
