linux 登陆日志不记录！！帮忙啊大侠们！！

有两台机器一模一样，一台记录登陆信息（1号机）另一台却不记录（2号机），两台机器的配置都是一样的，我2号机的登陆日志却在/var/log/messages这个里面，而 /var/log/secure这个却是空的，另外一台机器正常，麻烦帮我看下，我也重启了syslog和sshd都无效。
我设置如下：

vi /etc/syslog.conf
