Job Description
Skills Required o Delivers a variety of technical education offerings to Cisco employees and Cisco partners and customers.
o Project manages delivery of technical education offerings to Cisco Employees.
o Conducts customer feedback surveys, generates reports, and ensures customer satisfaction for all deliverables. Reviews and provides feedback on new education offerings.
o Attend presentations & trainings, reviews new and existing training materials and labs and prepares for actual training delivery.
o Present new product courses.
o Provided feedback for modifying specific training modules, tests, exercises or courses as assigned. o This position requires extensive travel. 50-70% of Domestic and International travel.
o Demonstrable technical competence in Advanced Technologies, especially High end routing, Switching and Layer 1-4 products/technologies.
o Proven ability to deliver complex AT/ET training. Candidate should have good understanding of IOS, IOS-XR technologies and IOS/IOS-XR products.
o Highly proficient and thorough understanding of training and delivery methods and techniques.
o Works with limited supervision.
o Presentation and public speaking skills.
o Excellent Communication skills. o Ability to train and mentor.
o Internal and external interface for the delivery and management of various training courses and/or Bootcamps.
Capable of delivering a variety of technical education offerings to Cisco employees and Cisco partners and customers.
Has a professional training background.
Cisco product knowledge. Has strong knowledge of routing protocols, switching, internet and general network architecture. Demonstrable technical competence in Advanced Technologies, especially High End routing, Switching and Layer 1-4 products/technologies. Proven ability to deliver complex AT/ET training. Highly proficient and thorough understanding of training and delivery methods and techniques. Presentation and public speaking skills. Excellent Communication skills. Ability to train and mentor.

Educational Background Recommended Educational Background Recommended PREFERRED SKILLS:
CCNP, CCIE, CCSI Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent plus 8-10 years related experience.
