Netbackup备份时候hang住不动了。。。

一台n久没用过的带库，备份的时候磁带不让写

这是啥原因呢？

我后来把磁带给quick erase了，发现就好用了。

至少能够开始写磁带了
(这个过程我发现了label和quick erase的区别，至少quick erase 有label的过程，哈哈)

但是在写的过程仍然嗷嗷慢，等了二十来分钟，仍然是hang住
一直是begin writing……费解ing

1.为啥磁带要先quick erase然后才能用呢？
2.从描述的症状上看，啥原因导致备份hang在begin writing位置不动的呢？drive的问题？还是备份软件设置的问题？
