Sr. Automation Tool Development Engineer

Description:
For this position, we are looking for senior SW Engineers to join us and work on the automation test framework setup/maintain and automation implementation development for tablet, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Design and develop the automation scripts/utility for firmware automation test;
- Design and develop the automation framework cross platforms and Oss;
- Design and develop the Windows application for the system test;
- Design and develop system level test tool for tablet;
- Design and develop auto-build systems;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with software and hardware design and validation teams across Intel worldwide sites;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving skills
Qualifications
This position is assigned in Shanghai Zizhu Intel. Candidate must possess a minimum of a master degree with 5 years’ experience, or a Doctor degree with 2 years’ experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Experience should be combined in the following areas:
- Experienced in C/C++ programming;
- Strong skills in script languages such as Python or Batch;
- Experienced in firmware/BIOS development/test;
- Experienced for Windows application development or TCP/IP programming is a good plus;
- Experienced in automation test tool/framework development like STAF is a good plus;
- Experience in database, familiar with popular database build and maintenance, familiar with sql server, mysql is a good plus.
