请教arm usb 电路 问题 无法识别

我前几天做的arm底板（核心板是天嵌的tq2440） 包含usb电路 usb的电路很简单 但是打样回来的测试
发现串口显示以下 信息

usb无法挂载 之前出现这样的问题以为是走线出错 但是重新做板
后还是同样的问题
想请教 各路大侠 这是硬件的问题么 ？还是需要软件设置？
核心板放到在开发板自带的底板上可以正常识别
