Role Description      


Analyse tickets/trends for permanent fix to reduce incident/service disruption.

Log Analysis, Performance testing, Capacity/Architecture Review

High Severity Resolution support & engineering builds development

Participate/Conduct in DR/BCP activities.
Consultancy for Infra/application issues on MQ, JDBC, JVM parameters, TCP/IP
Research on emerging technology & products and suggest upgrades/packs/versions
Audit requirement adherence & Compliance
Product evaluation & compatibility mapping
Build standards and tool/process design for web application deployment automation.
Design tools/process for automated Web system management

Adhere to laid down aAudit standard  & Compliance
Perform product evaluation & compatibility mapping
Refine standards and tool/process design for web application deployment automation.
Design tools/process for automated Web system management

Prepare ASRM/AIG/OLA/SLA/DOI documents for different applications

Handling the escalations as and when reported and driving it to closure to the best satisfaction of interested parties.

Adept at understanding operational nuances across multiple business units/functional areas.
