Role Description
Analyse tickets/trends for permanent fix to reduce incident/service disruption.
Log Analysis, Performance testing, Capacity/Architecture Review
High Severity Resolution support & engineering builds development
Participate/Conduct in DR/BCP activities.
Consultancy for Infra/application issues on MQ, JDBC, JVM parameters, TCP/IP
Research on emerging technology & products and suggest upgrades/packs/versions

Build standards and tool/process design for web application deployment automation.
