respawn hacluster /usr/local/ha_soft/lib/heartbeat/ipfail

修改为

respawn root /usr/local/ha_soft/lib/heartbeat/ipfail

apiauth ipfail gid=root uid=root

报了这个错误，我把一台机子挂起了，可以显示出info: We are dead. :<；但是没有进行资源的迁移。
