咨询AIX5.1下的WebSphere4.0.3下端口被占用的问题

　　我在AIX5.1下的WebSphere4.0.3下起停掉一个端口为9081的节点，然后再启动节点时，系统报错

“[7/27/04 10:19:31:486 GMT+00] 1dbcbd13 ServletEngine X SRVE0146E: Failed to Start Transport. The most likely cause is that the port is already in use. Please ensure that no other applications are using this port and restart the server. com.ibm.servlet.engine.TransportException: Failed to start transport scheme= [http] port= [9081] java.net.BindException: The socket name is already in use.”

提示该端口号已被占用了，无法再启动此节点，请教各位这是怎么回事，有没有预防和解决这个问题方法？
　　另外，有没有查看端口被占用情况的语句？
