怎么照著sp_sysmon報告改參數會越改越糟

本來系統還跑得動﹐只是偶爾有點慢﹐照sp_sysmon報告提示改參數﹐系統跟本沒法跑了﹐最后還是恢复原來的設定收場。應該怎樣參考sp_sysmon報告啊?
主要看哪些參數﹐參數在什么范圍算正常??

你们数据量很大吗？如果数据量大，还是使用unix平台比较好，unix确实比windows稳定。sun的e3500是淘汰产品了，跟你的8个cpu不是同一档次，可以考虑ibm的p系列！windows系统本身就很占用系统资源，并且不稳定，容易被攻击！

你的max_memory配了3.2G，但你的default data cache却只有950M，cache是不是太小了呢？3个cache加起来也不到1.2G，此外procedure cache size也不多啊！怀疑procedure cache size太小，引起query plan不停交换，并cpu不停生成新的query plan所以导致cpu占用高，且I/O也受轻微影响！怀疑归怀疑，还是先调高这两个参数看看，同时观察锁使用情况！

number of worker processes = 30 你为什么要把这个调这么大呢？你有这么多CPU吗？
估计你把有些参数调的太大了，比如
number of user connections = 400
number of open objects = 10000
number of open indexes = 15000
连接数不多，但是objects和indexes比较大，你真的需要这么多吗？
建议你把不必要的参数复原，一点一点调，如果没有把握，只能找sybase的服务了！
还有，如果你是8个CPU的话，不建议你使用8个engine，如果操作系统慢，ASE也一样快不了，不要把OS给饿死了！确认你的内存容量！
