求助高手：VA7110更换一块硬盘执行rbld成功后此硬盘状态仍为Previously Used是否正常 [复制链接]

1、环境：一台HP rp4440安装的B.11.11，主机上没有安装SDM软件，无法通过系统管理VA7110，只能通过串口的方式管理。（尝试安装SDM，但因为是在线系统，牵涉到JRE的相关东西，无法更改，所以安装SDM的想法是行不通了。）VA7110共有10块硬盘，做的raid1.
   
2、问题：
   前几日发现第8块硬盘黄灯告警，采购到配件以后进行了更换，在更换过硬盘后大概20秒，告警灯就消失了。

因为前期查看此磁阵的配置信息是显示自动rbld的，等到第二天连进去一看，发现第8块硬盘的状态：

HP上说是要用手工加入，但装不了SDM软件，无法执行armcfg 的命令。

在串口中的话可以用vfpcfg，效果和armcfg一样，LZ可以先查一下它的用法。

联系供货商重发了一块格式化过的硬盘，今天换上后做了个同步，终于OK了。
问题总结：老设备已经没有全新的配件了，供货商发的拆机件的硬盘没做格式化，导致同步异常。
fmt是万万不能做的，那是format全盘，数据会挂的，神经会崩溃的。
