lion的代理服务器设置界面有个bug，已提交给Apple

I think this could only happen on chinese version of lion (10.7.4)
Steps:
1. Open network setting.
2. Click "advance" and goto the tab of "proxy".
3. Add some items in "ignore list" box.
    In this step I wonder which separator should been used. I saw a Chinese separator "、" in the default items.
If I input "、" as separator, the ignore list does not work!
If I input " , " , the english comer, it worked!
4. Close the network setting and reopen, goto proxy tab.
All english comer " , " are changed to chinese "、" by system itself.
5. Change one item in the ignore list without editing the separator, just only change the ip addr from 168 to 186, and save the changes.
Then the ignore list does not work!


So the only correct separator is " , " not chinese "、“, but "、" is shown in the box! This could give wrong message to user.
