oracle10G启动不了，请教各位大大前辈是什么原因？

用自动启动脚本启动oracle数据库，脚本放在/etc/init.d/下，
os: rhel  as 3
oracle:Oracle10G
以前启动的时候，数据库启动正常，今天启动机器的时候，显示oracle正常启动，但是，用SQL*Plus连接的时候，出现如下错误
ERROR:
ORA-01033:ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress

然后我就重新启动数据库，
/etc/init.d/oracle start
信息如下：（速度很快，不正常，但我找不出毛病在那儿）

我用/etc/init.d/oracle stop关闭数据库，显示数据库根本没有启动，不知原因如何？

10g没接触过，不过看出错信息感觉好像是online redolog出了问题！你的数据库应该是到mounted状态了，只是没有open！
