应该是你的根文件系统有问题。查一下， 应该把整个根文件系统解压，考到你host指定的目录下。

    根文件系统已经是解压的了,不过我没有放在host目录下而是自己建了一个目录,还有就是生成的linuxrc文件我用vi打开里面是乱码,而开发板自带的linuxrc打开是"#!.bin/sh   exec  /sbin/init".请问这是怎么回事

host是指与开发相连的主机. 你的根目录应该位于主机的/armsys2410/root 目录下。注意一下/armsys2410/root下文件系统，尤其是 dev下，下面的文件是否是你要放的文件。如果怀疑linuxrc， 你可以用开发版提供的linuxrc替换你自己的linuxrc试试。

u-boot启动参数是否还有问题，怎么rootfs还是NFS的，而不是yaffs的
