Responsibilities:
Admin the infrastructure level of IT system, from OS, Http server, DB etc.
Supervision and documentation of IT infrastructure service/operational processes.
Communicate with overseas colleague for project or system operation, conducting and supervision of external service providers.
Ensuring a stable, and robust operation of our IT infrastructure services, Backup and Monitor.
Definition and documentation of escalation processes, Incident/Problem/Change process.
Reports to the Team Leader IT-Operations
Requirements:
Proficient in Linux System administration
Experienced in working with VMware vCloud management
Familiar with data center management, system monitoring and backup
Basic Apache Http server administration experience
Basic MySQL database administration experience
Experienced in system Management of e-Commerce platform is a strong plus
Experienced in basic programming(Ruby, php, Java etc) is a strong plus
Familiar with Network administration is a plus (especially network device including load balance/Firewall)
English read/written is a must, basic oral English is necessary.
Good communication skill
High degree of analytical competence and conceptual expertise, fast learner in a new environment
