Perl unpack 求助

大家好，我有下列perl程序, $input_file是binary file：

open( IN, $input_file );
binmode IN;
undef $/;
$content = unpack("H*",<IN>);
close IN;

我要把这段写成java， 大家有什么建议？

这是我写的， 问题是速度很慢，而且结果看起来比perl输出的在最后结尾少了很多字符。

FileInputStream in= new FileInputStream(input);
int strLine;
while((strLine = in.read()) != -1){
    if (strLine<16){
                                    content += Integer.toHexString(0);
                                    content += Integer.toHexString(strLine);
                            }else{
                                    content += Integer.toHexString(strLine);
                            }
                    }
