为什么esx4为主机配置HA总是报错？

在我的虚拟机集群里有两台一样的ibm x3650 m2的机器，其中一台前两天故障了，修好后要重新加入到集群中，结果在配置HA的时候总是报错：

Task记录:
Cannot complete the configuration of the HA agent on the host. Misconfiguration in the host network setup.

Events记录:
error:  Host esx3.com does not have the following networks used by other hosts for HA communication: 10.176.35.71, . Consider using HA advanced option
das.allowNetwork to control network usage.

在我选择重新配置HA以后，由出现如下错误：
error:  HA agent on esx3.com in cluster comGroup in DataCenter has an error: Cannot complete the HA configuration.

奇怪的是，重新安装了一遍esx 4.1以后这个问题还是存在。我开始怀疑是不是网络哪里配错了，可是检查了一下，DNS、网关什么的都和原来的一样，真是搞不明白。

请问这是怎么回事？

   服务器在内网，不太方便拷贝贴图，基本配置都是一样的，每个主机都有四个网卡，其中一个负责service console，一个负责vkernel，其余两个跑虚拟机的业务数据。
两个主机的service console ip地址、vkernel ip地址都能ping通

To resolve this issue:
Review the network configuration in the cluster to ensure that the HA heartbeat interfaces match between hosts.
For ESX, HA will heartbeat over all Service Consoles.
For ESXi: HA will heartbeat over all VMkernels with the Management Traffic option enabled.
Ensure that there are no extra or missing HA heartbeat interfaces on any hosts.
Ensure that the portgroup names of the HA heartbeat interfaces on the same network match exactly (case-sensitive).
Try to reconfigure for VMware HA on the affected host again.
Note: When HA is configuring on a host, it will check that the host network configuration matches any other host in the cluster by comparing HA heartbeat interfaces. ESX and ESXi can be mixed in the same cluster

   我感确定我的网络配置应该没有任何问题，包括主机名、ip、掩码、网关、dns都在命令行测试过，和其他机器配置的完全一样，也能通过主机名、ip地址互相ping通
