Job description
Project Description: Ensure that system availability targets are exceeded for assigned systems and projects. Change and problem management targets are exceeded. Ensure that customer satisfactory levels are exceeded. Lead with implementation and builds and Assist with project design and development.
Hours of work (base on Australia EST)
•Normal business hours,
•However after hour and weekend work is required depending on each Project.

Duties & Responsibilities
•lan upgrades and other changes to the Windows environment
•Actively and pre-emtively determine possible failure faults and causes
•rovie Team Leaders/managers with input re projects/direction when required
•Manage and resolve problems identified by users or monitoring software
•Work with change and problem management tools
•rovide technical assistance to the other members of the System Administration team and Share knowledge/experiences
•Hardware fault detection and correction - vendor liasing
•Liase with customer accounts as required
•Raising Change record and provide Detail Implementation Plan


Mandatory Skills
•Windows Operating Systems Windows 2000 / 2003 / 2008
•Active Directory
•Veritas Clustering
•VMWARE -Experience with Building Virtual Machines
•2P and P2V tools e.g vmotion , platespin
•Citrix (Presentation Server 4.5, 5.0
•SCCM,SAN, SNA, HIS
•Microsoft Cluster
•SQL Database (2000,2005)

Required



•Bachelor's Degree
•At least 5 years experience in System Administration experience on MS Windows 2003/2008 platforms
