Functional Duties:
To analyze requirements and write design or program specifications.
To code Java/J2SE/J2EE applications to implement product features.
To communicate and work closely with peer developers.
To guide and support junior developers.
To work closely with U.S. office, China office and internationalcustomers, regularly communicating in English online.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or relatedmajor.
About three to five years of experience in software development.
Good command of English, both oral and written: CET4at a minimum.
Demonstrable experience with Core Java or J2SE/J2EE technology(JSP,Servlet, JDBC etc. Framework: Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Demonstrable skill in Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patternsand familiarity with UML.
Demonstrable skill in MySQL development.
Proficiency in Linux and Windows environment and command.
Experience with at least one source control system.
Expertise in at least one application server.
Strong sense of professional responsibility, flexibility under workpressure and desire to contribute meaning fully to the development of a growingcompany.
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with XML and Web services.
Experience with the CVS software revision control system.
Experience developing telecom software applications.
Experience with Apache and Tomcat.
