Job Responsibility

-You need to be familiar with user administration, IT deliverances, handling incidents, problems and service requests. As you will be supporting the Rockwool Groups IT end-users worldwide and it is essential that you have a good level of English.

-You need to ensure that demands from the end-users in the Rockwool Group are handled in a proper way and secure that the quality of the service delivered contribute to a positive Group IT image.

-You are service minded, have a positive attitude and enjoy offering good service and are able to stay calm in a stress full situation.

Qualification

1)3 years' experience above in 1st level technical support in the MNC company or foreigner invested company
2)Technical skills in Microsoft products. Possessing relevant Microsoft Certifications will be an added advantage.
3)Experience in incident and problem handling
4)Ability to understand and respect IT policies and procedures
5)An advantage to have programming knowledge experience for e.g.. VB. HTML to create simple script to automate daily task or implement improvements.
6)Strong ability to familiarize with the end-users problems
7)Good written and spoken English communication  ( sometimes need to contact with Europe and north American colleague to solve some desktop problem)
9)A team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills
10)Positive energy and good pro-active attitude
