Main Accountabilities:
Work with Company IT vendors and deeply involve in the whole life cycle of self-development projects to achieve business targets, including: system design, systems development, system test, system rollout, system online support as well as system enhancement, etc.
Perform possible solution analysis/design/elicitation for pre-project system concept evaluation / assessment
Review and evaluate technical approach of system architecting, system integration, system enhancement and system optimization, etc. provided by vendors
Responsible for technical support in system maintenance and enhancement (such as daily issue fixing, system monitoring, system optimization etc.)
Maintain satisfactory working relationships with team members, vendors and clients as required to successfully achieve assigned tasks
Possess a high degree of knowledge of the Company application development environment, including software methodologies, processes and tools in design, development, testing, environment migration processes and systems development lifecycle, security management etc.
Key Competencies & Skills:
IT professional in software development, especially in software application development to support business requests
Sufficient competency in Java or .Net application development.
Sufficient experience in SOA or Portal solution system analyze, design and development.
Sufficient database design, development and performance tuning experience.
Deep knowledge in system architecture analysis/design, etc.
Rich hands on experience in project management or project coordination.
General understanding of business operations (such as IT solution development for retail industry)
English communication skill especially in reading and writing
Qualifications (including education background and training):
University education in Information Technology or similar
4 years+ hands-on working experience in software application development, with system technical support knowledge and experience is a plus.
2 years+ project management/coordination experience in software application development.
Preferable working experience and knowledge of business operation in foreign companies.
Eager to learn and ready to support others
Strong sense of responsibility and Teamwork player
Key Relationship (Internal & External):
Report to IT Manager
Internal: Store operation team and related store support team members and IT store system members and store IT support team members
External: IT service vendors mainly
