Main Responsibilities
· Commitment to ensuring quality and resource management.
· Provide 24*7 hours support to the Production systems of Client.
· Recording and updating work items in ticket logging system.
· Investigation, reporting and possible correction to failed batches.
· Ability to work with Infrastructure team to maintain Global platforms for Reference Data team.
Good communication skills, will be facing off to Front/Back/Middle Office IT and business.
