JAVA  开发技术要求：
Bachelor/Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

-- Be responsible and willing to work flexible
-- Good programming skills on Java/J2EE/Web applications
-- Solid knowledge of design pattern and data structure
-- Familiar with Web Services, WebSphere and DB2
-- Agile development experience is a plus
-- Excellent English communication skill, and good problem solving skill.

至少2年工作经验   
English: Fluent
Chinese: Fluent

测试要求：
- Design test cases, ensure the test coverage and improve the testing efficiency by adopting new methods.
- Execute the test, track the test progress and report the status.

Requirements:
-- Experience in test process about solution testing
-- Experience in test design techniques
-- Experience with Java/J2EE/WebSphere/DB2 or Mobile technologies
-- Good English Communication skill, and good problem solving skill.

Required:
--Bachelor's Degree or above.
