JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Major
Responsibilities:        Qualified candidate must have expertise in the following areas: Engineering Network Administration, manage resources and infrastructure in engineering lab,  Assist in maintaining version control of operating systems, Server and Client environments. Ability to work directly with clients to resolve technical issues.

Position Requirements
and Education:        Position will be responsible for Lab management .
Good written and oral communication skills in English
B.S. or above in Computer Science
Critical Success Factors :        Detailed understanding of Unix, SAN components, Cluster Server, Storage arrays, Volume Manager, shell and perl experience is desired. Experience with industry/commercial test applications a benefit .


Responsibilities
•        Manage and maintain hardware and software resources and infrastructure in engineering lab.
•        Perform system administration tasks for the lab equipment. -Includes software and hardware installation, configuration and network administration
•        Work with vendors to provide technical support to engineering team.
•        Data backup for critical business and troubleshooting issues.
•        Assist procurement process


Qualifications  
•        Knowledge of some UNIX/Linux operating systems, such as AIX, RedHat, HP-UX, Solaris and Windows server editions
•        Knowledge of storage technology. Familiar with some storage software and hardware products
•        Familiar with DELL, Oracle, IBM, HP servers
•        Familiar with TCP/IP network management is a plus
•        Good oral and written communication skills in English
