Position: Lotus Product Tester for IBM i  
    
Job Scope: Testing Lotus Product on IBM i  
    
Responsibilities:  
- Develop test plans & test cases  
- Execute test scenarios  
- Drive automation design and development  
- Write automation in JUnit, Rational Functional Tester, etc    
- Conduct/Participate in peer automation code reviews  
- Track automation execution and reporting  
- Investigate and report feature issues in problem reports  
- Collaborate with feature development teams  
- Promptly report status and issues  
- Suggest and own process improvements  
    
Required Skills: (for campus & experience)  
-Familiar with software engineering and software development &  
testing process  
    
-Familiar with Agile development  
-Self-motivated  
-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills  
-Quick learner and fast paced flexible Agile environment  
-Having strong sense of ownership and high accountability  
-Good communication & team work skills  
-Good Chinese & English communication in writing, listening and  
speaking  
    
Required Skills: (for experience)  
-Experience in developing high quality test strategy, test cases  
and test  
   plan as well as execution and tracking  
-Experience in test automation or strong Java programming skill  
-Experience in XML, STAF/STAX and scripting language  
-Experience in test automation tools such as Rational Functional
