We have a W2k LAN in our office(W2k Server as Domain Controller and W2k Pro as workstation). The problem is
I can\'t add domain user or Domain group to the local machine group, always come out error like

The specified domain either don\'t exist or could not be contacted.

but actually, I can log on to the domain, browse the folder .
Can anyone kindly help me to fix this problem?

更改一下你工作站的 dns 指向 server

You are right!
I had changed the DNS to the server and then it work fine.If I set up the DNS other than a server. The problem comes again. Is it a bug of MS ? I believe it is normal requirement to have a DNS other than the Domain Server.
