event.log 中有如下信息：

Summary:
Adapter at hardware path 1/10/0/0 : Fibre Channel Driver has been taken
offline due to user request

Description of Error:

lbolt value: 726970969

The Fibre Channel Driver is being taken offline due to a user request

Probable Cause / Recommended Action:

The Tachyon TL adapter was disabled due to a request from
  fcmsutil.
  Issue the following command to re-enable the adapter :
  /opt/fcms/bin/fcmsutil <device_file> enable

按这上面先做下。
