新装的exchange 2010，命令不能使用

本想试一下get-mailbox，可提示如下错误：{:6_703:}

Exchange 命令行管理程序是一个功能强大的命令行管理界面，基于 Windows PowerShell v2 构建，
如果未使用 Exchange 命令行管理程序快捷方式启动 Windows PowerShell，并且尝试运行 Exchange cmdlet（如 Get-Mailbox），则会出现错误。因为 Get-Mailbox cmdlet 不存在于核心 Windows PowerShell cmdlet 集中。命令行管理程序连接到 Exchange 2010 服务器供您使用之后，必须由命令行管理程序添加 Get-Mailbox。
所以，首先应该做的事为：打开 Exchange 命令行管理程序。只需依次单击“开始”、“所有程序”、“Microsoft Exchange Server 2010”和“Exchange 命令行管理程序”即可。
