Urgent! can not start my Solaris(Intel),help!

shut it down yesterday,Today i started it,

prompt these message on screen:

INIT: cannot stat /etc/inittab,error 2
INIT: cannot create /var/adm/utmpx
INIT: failed write of utmpx entry \" \"
INIT: Single user mode

Type CTR + d to proceed or give root passwd for maintenance:
I tried CTR + d,no response...  

I check the device,it seems maybe system can not detect my keyboard,but how? i used it for half a year, no problem at all for keyboard, i switch to Win,it works fine.

what can i do? anyone can help?
