redhat linux as3 内核升级后的问题！！

问题1：IBM345服务器2台，盘阵RID5，盘阵分了4个区
        在redhat linux as3 下只能认到一个sdc
        不能支持多连接，升级核心
        http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.4/linux-2.4.21.tar.gz
        并编译成功，启动时能够检测到盘阵4个分区sdc sdd sde sdf
        redhat as (2.4.21)
        redhat as (2.4.21-15.elsmp)
        redhat as (2.4.21-15.el)
        选择第一项，但不能进入x桌面
问题2：升级核心后
        #find /lib/modules -name "hangcheck-timer.o"
        /lib/modules/2.4.21-15el /kernel/drivers/char/hangcheck-timer.o
        /lib/modules/2.4.21-15elsmp /kernel/drivers/char/hangcheck-timer.o
        没有找到/lib/modules/2.4.21 /kernel/drivers/char/hangcheck-timer.o
因为要做RAC安装oracle9i，hangcheck-timer不能少

hangcheck-timer.o 这个直接CP一个吧；
要不把.config文件备份一下，然后改一个只剩hangcheck-time项的，再编译：make modules,然后CP过去；
X给的信息没看到错误呀。。。
下载一个最新的装上试试吧

安装linux，没有安装x界面，如何在文本下升级核心编译
然后升级linux as3
linux upgradeany 后没有出现自定义安装的选项
