磁带机问题

故障描述：\r\n在没有任何突发情况下（比如突然掉电，重启等），内置磁带机跟外置磁带机均不好用了。\r\n症状为：\r\n$ mt -f /dev/rmt/1n status\r\n/dev/rmt/1n: no tape loaded or drive offline \r\n内、外带机均如此。\r\n\r\n重启机器时，见一提示：/dev/bt.off not a serial device   不知跟此有关否？\r\n\r\n处理过程： 用 boot -r 修复过，没有用\r\n\r\n请教高手，这是怎么回事？怎么解决这个问题？谢谢！

Put a tape in the drive and try \r\n# mt -f /dev/rmt/1 status
