arp -a 和telnet都很慢？

This is a typical DNS reverse lookup issue. Basically your server can\'t access the DNS servers 18.97.21.33\r\nor 18.97.31.33. \r\n\r\nThe temporary workaround is to delete dns in /etc/nsswitch.conf file\r\nThe permenant solution is to fix your DNS access problem
