metastat提示raid5需maintenance问题

应该是c0t7d0这块盘坏了，也可以重新同步试一下啊。\r\n根据提示同步，比如提示metareplace d56 c0t7d0s6 <new device>，那你就输入metareplace -e d56 c0t7d0s6回车，其他地方一样。\r\n然后metastat看同步百分比，如果能同步完，就会变成Ok。如果不行就换盘。

7#硬盘指示灯一直都是绿色的, 只是其他硬盘灯在读写时会闪烁, 这只硬盘不闪烁. 所以我一直不能确认是否是硬盘坏!
